# Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing from roppi.io (the “Site”). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Refund & Return Policy](./refund-policy.md), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
## 1. About Us
roppi.io is an independent art business offering original artwork, prints, stickers, and handmade crochet items. Products are made and shipped in limited quantities by a small operation, which is why our ordering, shipping, and refund policies (below) are structured the way they are.
## 2. Products
– We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products through photos and descriptions, but slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, particularly for handmade items and due to differences in screen display settings.
– Some items may be made to order or produced in limited runs. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
– We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at our discretion, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel a confirmed order for these reasons, you will receive a full refund of that order.
## 3. Orders & Payment
– All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
– Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders are processed through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.
– You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
## 4. Shipping
– We currently ship within the United States only.
– Estimated processing and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged packages as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
– Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, except that we will still assist with the damaged-item and lost-package process described in our Refund & Return Policy.
## 5. Refunds, Returns & Damaged Items
**All sales are final.** We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer’s remorse. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement — see our full [Refund & Return Policy](./refund-policy.md) for eligibility, the 7-day reporting window, and how to submit a claim. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to that policy.
## 6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this Site are the original creation of roppi.io and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a physical product (such as a print, sticker, or crochet item) does not transfer any copyright or license to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the artwork. Personal, non-commercial display and enjoyment of the physical item you purchased is permitted; commercial use or reproduction requires our prior written permission.
## 7. Account & Conduct
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent orders or payment information, or infringing the rights of roppi.io or others.
## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is.” Other than our express commitments in the Refund & Return Policy, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, roppi.io’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
## 10. Dispute Resolution
We genuinely want to resolve any problem directly — please contact **support@roppi.io** first so we can try to make things right before you consider a dispute with your bank, a chargeback, or any other action. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, these Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the exclusive venue for any such dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
## 11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order governs that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
